Some of my favorite memories from my childhood was around Christmas time and all our neighbors got together for the "annual cookie exchange" and there was always special visit from Santa... the REAL one...
So now that I have a little girl.. and lots of my friends are parents, we thought we would start up the tradition again... So my mom found the same Santa from years ago... and we arranged for a Cookie exhange for the kids, and a SURPRISE visit from him.... It made the holidays seem so magical again!!!! All of our friends thought it was so much fun as well.. so we cant wait to start a yearly thing as we watch our kids grow!! SOO FUN!

Halloween is over and its NOVEMBER?????? Whoa... time flies!!!!!!!!

Hannah had a fun Halloween this year... she spent the day with her daddy... and they dressed her up as Taylor Swift... aka Taylor Switt... lol...

She looked so dang cute... they sent me pics from the night.. and I wanted to post them !!!

Hannah is getting soo good at riding her bike!!! We try to get out a few times a week and practice since its been so perfect outside!! Lasweek we rode all th way down to the park, which is kinda far for her... she did sooooo good!!! She loves it now.. !! Here are a few pics from the bike ride and playing at the park!!!! <3

We visited the AZ State Fair today... it was perfect weather.. a little windy and in the low 80's... SOOO nice!! We had a great time... ate lots of junk food... including Deep Fried Twinkies (yuck)... rode some kiddy rides, played some games and won a couple of stuffed dogs... and checked out all the animal and petting zoo!! All in all... a FUN day!!!

Its been so long....

We have had a busy last month... and I cant seem to find time to Blog... We have been doing the usual activities... Hannah still goes to dance weekly.. and is LOVING it... its so cute to watch her progress and get better and better!! We have been riding bikes, playing at the park, watching Chris play softball and soccer, and just enjoying family time and anticipating the COOLER weather finally!!!!!
Halloween is just a couple weeks away and we cant wait!!! Hannah is dressing up as Taylor "swit" (aka Taylor Swift") She is SO SOOO SOOO excited, she has been telling me for that last year that is what what wanted o be next year.. and she didnt forget!!! LOL! She will be at her daddys house this year for the holiday, and they have the costume all set! I cant wait to see her all dressed up!!!
Chris and I plan on going to a couple Halloween parties and we plan on dressing up also.. he is going to be a Hunter.. and I am gonna be a deer! haha! We thought it would be funny.. and kinda unique!! :)

We went on a fun date night to Kirkland Junction to a random steak house...and saw some beautiful scenery!! <3

I can't beleive a whole year has gone by since my last birthday... it seems like just yesterday! Time flies when you are having fun I guess!!! Last weekend I had an AMAZING time with family and friends... everyone made it so special!! And now I can say that I am officially 28! :)

On Friday night, Chris surprised me and took me to my favorite resturant, The Melting Pot.. then to see a movie!! We had such a fun night together as usual! I feel like the luckiest girl in the WORLD to have such an amazing man! Then Saturady I worked for a few hours and in the afternoon relaxed then got ready for a fun night out with our friends!! We started the night out at Oreganos, another fave place to eat, then about 16 of us went the see some stand up comedy in Scottsdale... it was sooooo FUN! We got to see 4 comedians.. and I even got called up on stage and got a lap dance from some crazy comics.. hahahhahahaa!! Then we ended the night out in Old Town... My friends are so great and I am so glad I got to spend time with everyone.. so THANK YOU for coming out! :)
On Sunday... my actual birthday, we went to pick up Hannah and have lunch.. then headed out to spend the day at Chris' parents house in Wickenburg, and had a yummy dinner, and his mom and I took the horses out for a nice trail ride! It was great to get out and explore the area! My butt is still paying for it tho! Its been awhile since I had been on a horse! LOL! Then Monday.. we had a relaxing day at home and was able to hang out with the Benson family that night!! I couldnt have asked for a better weekend.. and it was awesome that it was a holiday as well!!!

Tonight Hannah had her last night of the summer session of beggining Tazz, Ballet and Acro... The teacher invited the parents in to watch the last class.. and I was soooooo excited to see her do dancing!!! It was SOOOO cute, I had tears streaming down my face at one point! She loves doing the classes, and you can see in her face that she is trying soo hard to do a good job... she is a focused little girl!!! I put a few cute pics from the class on here.. and I am working on getting the video of her final dance up shortly!

After the class the teacher said that Hannah should move up to the intermediate level for the next session! It made me so proud of her!!! She starts the new session on September 15th! :)

Aunt B...aka...Jenn now works at The Hyatt at Gainey Ranch as a front desk coordinator... She was able to stay there this week and enjoy the amenities and she had us come down and hang out the the pool all day!! It was so much fun... the place is beautiful, it has 10 pools, and one of them is a Beach pool.. so we were able to play in the sand! SOO cool!

We all had a good time lounging, and then Jenn and Lauren came to hang out with us also!

Dance Dance!!!!

Hannah started a dance class with her friend Peyton... she is having a blast with it!! At home she keeps practicing all her little moves, and wants to wear her tap shoes everywhere!!! It's sooo CUTE!

Last weekend we went to the New Wet N Wild waterpark!!! The kids had TONS of fun..

The kids play area is AMAZING and HUGE!!! Hannah went down the small slides like 500 times.. she just LOVED it :) We all had a great day in the Sun!
