Hannah lost her SECOND tooth.... and it happened at Jamie and Johns Wedding!!!!
She was SOOOO excited.... alll the groomsmen kept telling her.... The tooth fairy is gonna bring you $25 dollars when you lose a tooth at a wedding you know....

well... so much has happened the last month.. and I havent had any time to blog about it!!!
First off... Vegas... We went the end of August for Jamie's Bachelorette party... It seems like it was so long ago now... but I do remember having a BLASTTT!!! We stayed at the Golden Nugget on Freemont Street and did all the "bachelorette" type activities... including Olympic Gardens, Thunder from Down Under, Shopping, Gambling, Dancing, Drinking, Eating, and lots of Pool time!
The Next weekend.. was Labor day Weekend, and My Birthday! That was a big weekend for BOTH Hannah and I. She went for her first trip WITHOUT Mommy OR Daddy... She went to Minnesota with her Nana and Grampa Lien, and got to visit her Great Grandma and Grandpa as well as her Great GREAT Granmda Skinner... not to meantion lots of cousins too!! The did fun things like go to the "Wizard of Oz" exibit at the museum, The Minnesota State Fair, one of the best in the country, and lots of family visiting! She had a great time, and we VERY missed back home!! That weekend I went to celebrate my birthday with about 15 of my friends at Sandbar... we had a great time!! Then on Monday, my actual Brithday, I did some last minute wedding stuff with Jamie, and had dinner with my Family at my FAVE place, the Melting Pot. Hannah came back home Tuesday, so we "re-celebrated" with her! All in all, the weekend was pretty good...
Then...THe day we have been waiting for was finally here.. September 11, 2010. Not only was it the 9 year anniversary of the tragic events in NY, but it was my Best Friends Wedding.... It was a perfect day, with just a few stressful moments... Everything turned out MORE than perfect, and I was definatly emotional watching these two beautiful friends take their Vows.. It was an Amazing ceremony, and the words were very touching. I had never been able to truly HEAR the words so well, but since I was able to stand next to her as her Maid of Honor that day, I had to pleasure of listening very closely. Aaron, her cousin, is very well spoken and very sincere. After the Ceremony, we took many pics of the Newly Married couple, then the bridal party was introduced to the reception. The food was amazing as well... all in all, the wedding wa one of the pretties I had ever atteneded!! Kathy and Jamie did SUCH a great job with all the planning and hard work, and everyone was VERY impressed!
They are now on their Honeymoon in Maui and I keep seeing pictures and I am sooo jealous! It has been a few years since I have been there, and I definatly have the itch to go again.... Hopefully next Summer we will make it there, as well as Oct 2011 for my friend Densises Wedding!!!!!!
Everything at home is great as well... The dogs are as cute as ever... and Jonah is a crazy guy... He gets onry.. especially when he is a little tired!! Hannah still LOVES him soo much. The first thing she says when I pick her up at school is... "can I get Jonah out when we get home??" PLEAASE!!!??" Its so cute to see her love a pet so much!
The next month is hopefully going to be a relaxing one... no big plans, just letting life go by... hopefully welcoming the COOLER weather....

Why is the first day of Kindergarten SOOO emotional for the moms???
Last night, it took Hannah close to 2 hours to fall asleep, because she was SOOOO excited, she came out at least 4 times asking when morning would be here so she could go to school!! I really need to bottle this time up because in a few years, she will be DREADING going to school, I'm sure!
So she woke up for the very FIRST time with her alarm clock, and came RUNNING into my room READY for breakfast and to get ready! It was soooo sweet! She wanted to help pack her lunch, she knew EXACTLY how she was going to wear her hair, and of course we layed out her outfit the night before...
We left right on time, after getting a few pictures of course... and off to school we went! Mimi wanted to see her on the first day, so she met us at the school too! Hannah was so excited to see her! We walked into her class, and I was being pretty strong... talking to her new teacher and seeing all the cute kids in the class... Then I saw Paula, Ren's mom, and she was crying, so then I pretty much lost it. I walked over to Hannah's seat, and we started looking at her very first assignment, and I was fighting back the tears... Why is it SOO hard? and SOO emotional? She was working on her paper, and I decided I should just go, she was like, OK mom... see ya later!!!!!! So off we went... and I put my sunglasses on and walked down the hall with tears running down my cheeks...
After I dropped her off... Maureen and I went to breakfast, and got to talk about how crazy it was, and how wer remember telling eachother we were pregnant! Time flies... On that note, in just over an hour I have to head to pick Hannah up from her First day! Wednesdays are half days! Cant wait to hear all about it!

Last night was meet the teacher night.. and tomorrow is the FIRST day of Kindergarten!! Where did the summer go??? CRAZY!

This has been a crazy week in our house....
I also went to craft nite... My old friend from high school is AMAZING at crafts, so she started inviting people over to craft together, and it is SOO much fun! This time we made a chore chart! How cute is that?? 
And then there is our sweet Jonah....

FIRST off..... Hannah lost her FIRST tooth!!!!! It happened a Mimi and Grampas house when she was having a sleepover (I missed it, sooo sad!!) So she called me allll excited!! It just came right out, no pain or anything!! She coud NOT wait to have the tooth fairy visit for her very first time in our house!!!! And she did come!!! :)
In addition, she lost her first tooth ON her Daddy's Birthday!! How perfect! She called him to wish him a happy birthday, and tell him how excited she was about her news!!

FIRST loose tooth~
Hannah is PROUD to announce..... She has her FIRST loose TOOTH!
I noticed it last week... and every day it WIGGLES more and MORE!! THe whole loose tooth thing gives me the heevy jiiivies.... but its not as bad as I thought it would be... YIKES! She keeps saying that when she looses it, she will put it under her pillow and hopefully the tooth fairy will give her a dollar, so she can go to the Dollar Store and get and Icee!! LOL.... such a planner she is!! Once the tooth falls out, I KNOW she will look even bigger.. no more baby face anymore! :( Toothless photos will be posted after it comes out!!!!!
On the Ride home... 2 hours in the car!!!!!He is a 6 year old Umbrella Cockatoo.
We went to pick him up on Monday, and the last 2 days have just been him getting used to new surrondings and new routine! He is still getting used to be "out and about" as he was used to being in his cage most of the time at his last home! He is very sweet and cuddly, he just still has a hard time wanting to step up to my hand and come out easily... lol. It will take some time, and soon enough hopefully he will be totally social and want to be around everyone all the time!! He does so many funny things~ when he gets excited he does a little dance with push ups, and puts his crown way up high and laughs out LOUD! He says Hello and Hi and will let out the occasional "cockatoo scream"
Hannah is loving having him here, she just laughs and dances around his cage to get him all hyper! The dogs are doing great too, they just sniff around and when he is out with us they come up and say hi, then leave him alone for the most part!
He is pretty timid with new people, but I feel like he is already getting better, My sister came over last night and he went on her arm and eventually rolled over and cuddled on her chest. She was so excited, (and freaked out at the same time I think! ;))
He is used to eating mainly just seeds as his diet, so I am trying to add lots of different fruits, veggies, and organic pellets, which is the best healthy diet for these guys, the better they eat, the better they feel, therefore the better behaved they are! So its gonna be a process to get everything going and get everyone into the new routine!! Here are some cute pics of our new boy!

Meet Jonah....
This sweet boy will be coming to join our family on Wednesday!!! I am SOOOO excited! He currently lives in Dewey AZ with the family he has been with since he was just a baby.... They decided they don't give him the time and attention he needs, and they love him so much that they just want the very best for him.....so I am very happy to be his new mommy :) I went to Dewey today to meet him, and I spent about and hour and a half with him. It took him awhile to warm up to me since he is not used to being out of his cage alot, but after he saw I was just there to cuddle and be nice, he was happy to sit with me!! He was sooooo sweet, and I cant wait to see how he blossoms after he is out of his cage alot and social with us! We can't wait till you are here Jonah!!!!!

new things coming....,
Soooo.. prolly the most exciting thing coming up.... is we are adopting.... a PARROT! I have been wanting one for a LONG time.. and I am finally doing it... I was orginially going to buy a baby and go that route, but I recently found out about a parrot rescue in Tucson, so I am going to do a rescue instead! I CANNOT wait. We are going to a "Parrot Care Class" in order to become certified to adopt thru them, and that class is on Sunday! It is a 6 hour hands on class, so we will meet all of the available birds that day! I am counting down the hours.. I am soooo EXCITED!
The next thing... we are now on a count down.. LESS than 4 weeks till My little Hannah starts Kindergarden!! She is SOOO very excited! We have started buying some of the uniforms she will be wearing, and she picked out her new backpack and lunch pail!!! Its so cute, she keeps saying that "this sumer is taking waaaaay too long!" She is READY!!
Then next on our agenda is Jamie and Johns wedding festivities.... The fun has begun... showers, dress fitting, getting our dresses in... LOVE it all... We are planning her bachelorette party for the end of August... VEGAS here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We sre SUPER excited... then 2 weeks later... the BIG day! September 11, 2010. I love these two soooo very much and I am sooo excited to be a part of their special day!
I think thats all for now.... I WILL be updating soon.. especially after we go to the class on Sunday! LOTS of pics in SURE!! <3

Recent Thangs....
So, again, I am a slacker.. So I have LOTS of things to update... The last few months have been so much fun and packed with fun and exciting things!!!!
First off, back in May, Hannah had her 5th birthday party at the Park... and it happened to fall on the WINDY-EST day I have ever seen... it was sooo crazy! It was Strawberry Shortcake theme, but we couldnt decorate cuz everything would blow away... good thing the kids still had fun! We had food, cake, piniata and playing at the park, then dinner with the family!! All in all it was a good day!
Hannah had her room redecorated for her Bday gift from Mommy... I have a few pics to post! It turned out SOOOO cute!
Next we had Hannah's Pre-K Graduation... and it had to be the cutest thing I have ever seen... I sat with tears rolling down my cheeks as her class sang all the songs they had learned, and each one got a diploma... It is SOO hard to beleive that she is going to Start Kindergarden already!!! It sounds Cliche, but time does go by sooo quick, and they grow up TOO fast!
Now that summer is here, we have been doing LOTS of swimming, and trying to stay cool inside. Hannah started swim lessons again, and she is progressing so fast... and picking up everything really quick, I am so proud!!
In June. we took an impromtu trip over to San Diego and went to Sea World and Coronado Island! It was a blast! Our friend Nicole came with us, and it was a fun little girls trip! The weather was PERFECT... and wore jackets at night... i MISS it right about now! Shamu ROCKS!!!
In June I also went to a "save the ta ta's" party to benift Breast Cancer.. it was a fun event! And my friend raised lots of money to help her reach her goal for the 3 Day Walk... There was "beer olympics" and swimming and crazy people watching :) Good times with friends for sure!!!
I also went to the PREMIER of Eclipse, from the twilight saga... I went with some girlfriends, and we saw ALL 3 movies.. started at 7pm and went till after 2 am... it was SOO fun, but I was super tired since I had clients the next morning at 9 am ;) I highly reccomend the movie tho!!!
And finally that brings us to July... for the 4th we had a YUMMMMY carne asada dinner, then went to Tumbleweed park, it was so great last year that we went back again!! The weather was actually not too bad at the park... and the fireworks were great as usual!!!

FIVE !?!?!?!?
Where did the time go??? How int he world has 5 years happend SOOO fast... FIVE!!! My sweet baby girl is growing up.. and This Sunday, May 2nd is her 5th birthday!!! I cant wait to celebrate with family and friends!!! I will post party pics later!!!

Well... If you know me.. then you know I LOOOOOOVE Disneyland!!!
Jamie, my best friend since first grade, loves it just as much as I do... and we crave a trip at least once a year... Jamies birthday is April 7th, and she had been saying for awhile that she wanted to go, but we just never planned anything, thinking we didnt have the time or the extra money.. or the many other reasons.. but a few days before her bday, we were joking about going out for a day... well the joke turned into actually booking a hotel and leaving a few days later... Again, if you know me... this is NOT like me at all.. I like things to be planned out long ahead! But I think that made this trip so much more fun because it all happend so fast! So we drove out Easter Sunday in the evening after hanging out with our families that day, and went to Disney all day Monday, then drove home Tuesday! It was a VERY tiring trip, I know I am getting old when I cant stay at the park till it closes! LOL! The trip was awesome, and it made it even more fun that I had just gotten a brand new car, so we took that and broke it in ;) I am so glad that we were able to celebrate Jamie's 28th bday at the Happiest Place on Earth, and enjoy her LAST birthday as a SINGLE woman.. since she will be getting married this fall!! I cant wait for that either!!!!

Cruise...
It has been a couple months since our cruise... but I still think about it, and Hannah talks about how much fun we all had!! My mom, sister, Hannah and I took Aunt Judy on her first ever Cruise for her 70th Birthday... she had the TIME OF HER LIFE!!!! We went to the Western Carribean, out of Galveston TX on the Carnival Ecstacy! It was a BLAST!!! We visited The Yuckatan and Cozumel! On both port days we did LOTS of shopping and spending time on the beach!! It was so nice to relax and have famil girl time, and for Hannah to finally meet Aunt Judy! While in Texas, we also got to see ALLLLL of our extended cousins and their babies! It was awesome!! And I go to see my cousin Brandon who I grew up with and havent seen since we were about 13! So cool!!!

Im sorry for the lazyness with my posts latly... I plan to keep up a little better :)
We had an AMAZING Valentines day.. might be one of my most favorites of all time :) This last month or 2, our state has gotten a TON of snow... so I wanted to make it up to mom and dads cabin to spend sometime in the pines while there was pleanty of snow to play in... So Hannah and I drove up early Sunday morning so we could enjoy Vday with the fam... There was so much snow.. so we got started right away making our snowman.... or I mean.. snowGIRL!

It was especially fun because my 2nd cousin Tina was in from Cali and I had not seen her in YEARS... so we got to catch up and it made the day awesome!!! <3
We couldnt go to the snow without SLEDDING!!! Hannah was scared at first, so Mommy had to go with her the first couple times, even Mimi went a time or two.. she LOVEd it...
I could listen to her laugh allll day long!!!!!!
